Gotcha. I was actually in Elgin, IL a couple of weeks ago. The development going on there is impressive. I'm surprised any farms are still able to make ends meet. The small upside to all that, is that if you do decide to sell, you will get a lot more money for the property than anyone paid for it. Good luck, I don't envy your position.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
