Dear Sir/mdm, I'm from an Engineering company in Indonesia which everybody here known as C.V Guntur Kusuma. From the surfing that I have been through for several days, I realize that the company of yours might be able to help me. The main reason for me to write this letter is to ask your favor whether you have the parts that I have been looking for sometimes. I have a Mack truck and I'm looking for the CRANKSHAFT, MAINBEARING, CONNECTING ROD BEARING, ROD BEARING, LINER AND PISTON RING, which the engine is made by ALLIS CHALMER. Actually, I need the complete set of the bearing together with all the sides metals and I want them all new. The Cranshaft's type is 3500, the Crankshaft engine number is 3D-15948 and the engine catalogue number is 4028883. Also the Vin number is SJNR- 489RP-1189 and the engine number is SJNT-426-35003D-16028. On the other hand, the truck which is made by MACK, its serial number is 1189. Eventually, as you have already known that I'm from Indonesia and will you do me a favor by replying me at jkusuma@hotmail.com or fax me at (011)(62)(31)(5452265) if you have all the parts that I need. As a conclusion, since I'm in Indonesia and I don't want to make any mistake, will you send me the pictures of the parts that I need with all the exact sizes through my e-mail and through the fax number above. Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to hear from you soon. Your Sincerely, ( Jono W Kusuma )
