I'm just including diesels with 35 horse or less. tThere are many more made before 1960 if you go up to 50 horse.
I can add a few that I owned or still own. Allis Chalmers ED-40. As - in reference to the IH B-275 you mentioned - there was a B-250 diesel that preceded it.

Fiat 411-R made in 1959. Farmal 340 made 1960. Farmal MD made 1951. Massey Harris 333 made 1955. Nuffield Universal Three made 1957. David Brown 850 and 950 made 1958. John Deere 440 ID. Massey Ferguson TO-35 in 1959. Ford Dexta in 1958.
