Hinges are welded on. To replace the hinge you need to drill the welds out and the replacement hinges bolt on.

To repair the existing hinges use GM part numbers:

12540326 Detent roller pin

15591898 Detent spring

88891731 Hinge pin, two per door

25640501 Retainer, hinge pin, two per door

16632192 Bushing, small, two per door

16632193 Bushing, Large, three per door

Replacement hinges may have steel bushings and the above brass bushings will not fit those hinges.

To replace the detent roller pin grind off the top part and drive to old pin out the bottom. Install the new pin assembly and apply a couple tack weld on the top to hold it in.
