The Ford tractor manual says they could only be set out to a 76" center to center tread and that was used for 42" rows that was common at that time. That 23 " designation means you should be running a 60" center to center wheel tread and that would also be ideal for that Oliver plow. The hitches on the Oliver plows were not as good to set for a wide wheel tread as about all of the other makes were. The oliver plow could still be used with a 66" wheel tread but just a might more difficult to adjust. For a 30" row on a 60" tread you have 15" from row to center of tire and for that same 15" on a 40" row you are where you are at now. If you could set your planter and cultivator both on 36" rows then there would be no problem with like a 66" tread
