The control is outside the cab. Even if I go under the truck and push the valve all the way in to lower it, it is really slow. There is a swivel type adaptor where the return line goes into the valve. Maybe it's a restrictor. I guess I need to take the return line off and put the loose hose in a pail and see if it lowers faster. Any other ways to check it? Dave
