What Devon, Chesapeake, and any other operating company should do, other than use eminent domain to its fullest, is offer these whiners a contract that gives them something on the order of .0000001 cent per MMFD, convince the stupid fkers that they are going to become overnight millionaires, get their signature, and then fk them over royally.
