went thru that a few years ago in Florida with a computer that my daughter had to have for colege. hers crashed and she needed another one right away. Best Buy insisted on checking the boxes before checkout and after checkout wasted well over 3 hours with the run around BS. ONLY to have to replace the mnitor a day later and that had to be shipped in as Best "FU" Buy would not take it back Needless to say no more of my business go there Ron
