well turns out the starter had it locked sure put me in a good mood when I found out it wasn't the engine. I put oil on the Bendix and after a few starts it happened again but this time it freed up by rocking the back tire. My dad told me he wants to sell or trade it (Larry??) I really don't want him too but he has lost interest in it because before we got it off the trailer the radiator started leaking. He seems to think my cousin suckered him into it when he traded a Cub Cadet zero turn mower for it cousin got the Cub cadet father got super c. I really like this tractor and it runs great. So Larry if you feel the need for another Super C send me a message. Really just wanted to let everyone know my fears of a locked engine were wrong when this post started lol
