Yup, green was one of their colors. We've got one we use as backup/swamp cutter. First we had a Ford 535 (made by NI and sold as Ford) that got wrecked. Dad had it for years and his dad bought one new when he was a kid. Places it to be about 40 years old or so. Dad's 51.
After the Ford was wrecked (frame ripped in 1/2 right next to the sheild over the gearbox) we found a NI 290 that Dad brought home. The Ford was a great supply of parts and so our NI has 2 different shades of white, orange, green, and blue on it.
Now we've got a Hesston 1014+2 (14' cut) for our main haybine, but it's too big to cut the swamps with so we kept the NI for that purpose.
They also built the same machine and painted it red for Massey, but I've never seen one in real life much less a picture of one, even though we've got a great Massey dealer in our neighborhood and I've seen just about everything else Massey.
