When someone has no marketable skills, no education, and can't even drive a five-speed, you can't start them at $20.00 an hour. The job they were being hired for is a labor position with a wide-open opportunity for advancement. I agree though, you can't raise a family with an entry level job. I've been a faithful employee for ten years and I do well enough to raise my new family. I'm not real smart either, just not lazy.
