we buy and sell tractors and there are still bargains to be had just ck around all of us do not have to make a fortune off one tractor to stay in business wes sell many tractors at a discount to market and i know plenty of others who do the same some restored tractors have way to much spent on them because the restorers do not get the best deals on parts and supplies i know of people who have paid double for items because they did not do the homework

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
