Just bought a MF Super 90 w/marvel scheb tsx 986-1, which has been sitting for a few years. The float pin is sticking. I have tried cleaning it and it will run about 30 seconds and then quit. Seems the rubber tip is a little enlarged. I can get a rebuild kit, but don"t want to spend the money on rush shipping just because I need the pin. I just need it to run for a few hours to get it on and off a trailer to get it home asap. I am hoping someone may know a trick to dressing the pin to keep it from sticking. Something that maybe gas won"t degrade immediately but yet will lubricate the pin for a while? I know one little pin can cause one big headache. Thanks in advance.
