Between my dad and I, we had the same 44 for years, and it sticks in my mind the oil pressure usually ran around 30. The engine was fresh when I bought it, and I know my dad had it rebuilt at least once.
If it holds at least 30, you should be good to go.
That's another tractor I'd gladly buy back today for what I sold it for.
