Different M/B have different method of accessing the BIOS. The latest favorite seems to be F2 but have seen Insert and Delete used. Either way you hold the button during the POST (power on self test) and there you go. If you are not getting any video i would pull and reseat the card. While you are at it pull and reseat everything on the motherboard you can. Memory, Peripherial cards, power connections, HDD connections, etc.
