the shortages seem to be in the major population areas or travel many places on hwy. 19 through Spalding,Pike,and Upson counties have gas but run out from time to time from all the worrying people that are going out of their way to get all they can if they would just keep their normal routine the supply would get back to normal in a few weeks

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
