i have a lot of entry- to mid-level techs that have craftsman boxes...they always trade up to snap-on or mac when they start making money, but for nothing other than looks/ status. I've bought a number of their used craftsman boxes for my personal use and like 'em just fine, often filled 'em with tools bought at auctions and yard sales and sold 'em at good prices to " up and coming" tire techs who want to become mechanics- assembled a set like this for my son also. Lots of craftsman boxes in shops, both red and black (old and new). WAAAAY less expensive than the tool truck brands, seem to do substantially the same thing! I like to see the Snap-Ons and MACs in my shops though- it means my techs are way in debt and will be working hard! Like to see employee parking full of new trucks and vettes for the same reason!
