Today my brother had a feild trip come out for pick your own pumpkins- 1st time in 17 years (my kindergarten class) there was a class tour on our farm. The total count was about 42 4 year olds, and about 24 adults.
Hooked my restored 1600 to a kicker wagon loaded with straw bales for the ride to the patch, had a set of stairs on both ends of the ride, and had lots of fun. My dad and sister in law gave a tour of the barn and did pumpkin bowling with one group while my brother and I took the other group out to the patch and they all got a pumkin roughly the size of a basketball. $5 admission, and everyone got a pumpkin. Lots of smiles and everyone seemed to give very positive feedback.
The group found him off of a website called pickyourown.org. It's a free site, available to anyone who grows any kind of produce, anywhere in the US. Lists by state, then county. He's the first one listed under Outagaimie county Wisconsin. I'll put in a link to where he is listed. His patch is Peter's Pumpkin Patch.
