$3.599 here in the northeast at least where the Williams oil cartel holds sway. Funny thing is many of the fuel distributors are 'upside down' on their fuel prices. Many bought thousands of gallons while the price was up and are stuck with it in their tanks. Oil prices dropped and they are having a tough time breaking even since the guy down the street bought it a little cheaper and is selling a little cheaper and everyone is jumping on the conservation bandwagon. Somehow I don't feel bad for the guys that bought $147 a barrel oil as a hedge.
