I didn't understand the first sentence. Did you mean "past"? If so, I'm a high school drop-out. I am also not at all well to do, but I don't blame anyone else for that.
And as far as the sunsetting of the drilling ban, that only happened this week, far too soon to see any results yet, although the former head of Shell Oil said in an interview this week that we will see more production in months, not years. This is not the same as what they, (Dems), did a few weeks ago. This has to do with the ban that's been in effect for decades, and has no boundaries on it of "over 50 miles out", as the they put it in that bill that will never become law.
The Indiana/Kentucky thing was just an example of why I think prices will continue to fall, as there is more and more development going on all across the country now. Over the last year I've seen many, many more wells pumping in Kansas that haven't been for many years. They are slow producing wells, a barrel or less a day, that in the past weren't worth the cost of operating, but now are. They will probably be shut down again if oil drops substantially.
This has all been meant as good news. I'm not a professional oil person nor economist, and I don't know everything. I'm just passing along what I hear and observe.
You know, I don't like arguing these points with you. You're full of negativity, gloom and doom, and I'm not going to engage in anymore of this. I enjoy discussing issues, not trying to put people down and prove a point. I don't believe that there are endless conspiracies keeping us all down, that no matter what the little man can't make it anymore, or any of the ideas you put forth. I still believe this is a great country and I don't like hearing you, and Trucker40, calling everyone in DC crooks, all corporations evil, and anyone with a net worth of over a million dollars greedy, because it's just not true.
You can live in your pessimistic world if that's what you want, I'll go on believing in the American Dream, in blissful ignorance I guess.
