Doesn't mean someone is a crook just because they are in a foriegn country. I am in Germany and buy stuff in the States all the time if I can't find it here or don't want to pay the price here.
We get inquiries about our horses that we advertise for sale. Always in English and always wanting to bring a cashiers check for 2 or 3 times the amount for payment at pickup and asking to have the change (cash)ready to go because they will be travelling far and don't have time for delays. Then, there are the really curtious ones that say that we can return the change in the form of another cashiers check at our convenience. Ask them to send the check ahead of time so it clears the bank before pickup and you don't hear from them again. How rude.....
