Went to an auction. 2 chainsaws and a stihl leave blower. Starts out choice, last bidder gets the good chainsaw for 50.00. Auctioneer starts up again and it brings 50.00 for the second chainsaw same second to last bidder quit at 45. Auction starts again and the last thing left is the blower which I wanted. I quit at 30. sold for 35. I later see the fellow that got the blower. I ask if he wanted to sell the blower and added that I thought that he was after the blower and that I quit at 30. He said thanks and said if I wanted it at 50. I could have it. Thought for a while and then ask if he wanted to sell it, he said to me only. Deal done. By the way he or I did not know if it even run. I took it home and took the old gas out and put in new, primed it 3 times, choke on, pulled rope and bingo. I priced the same bg85 blower on ebay and they run all the way from 100. to 185. I dont mean to glot but to me letting him have it for 35. and offering him 50. and the story behind it all, i think if you give it will return. He is an honest trader, not easy to find these days.
