All I gota say is be careful how you talk with them Gov't types.
When I moved too AZ, we didn't have a building code in this county. 5yrs latter we have a building code with terrible enforcement people. They would inspect your work, tell you too make changes, then upon reinspection say it was wrong and too change it again, depending on which inspector you drawn, so if you had a new inspector each time of inspection, then you could possible never complete your project from all the changes or go bankrupt trying.
So a local Dad & Son has a air spraying bizz for the past 30yrs in the same location. The inspector comes out (a real B) and the son makes a comment to her " you know, if you fell in the vat of acid, your face would not look any different"
