I agree with what you say there.I think it would be interesting to see just how much money the bank would make as a profit, and cut that, rather than look at what people cant afford to pay for a house payment.Just as you said it makes no sense to allow the bank to be a loan shark and then pay them for the loan and still kick the folks out on the street. If you want a country like that I have to question just what do you think is the sane thing to do here? This is not going to work I can already see that, and I graduated from High School not college. This looks like something that needs regulation to me.Heck, what are we taxpayers for?If this government only protects loan sharks, who has a chance, unless you are a loan shark?I dont get all the onesided stupid stuff coming out of Government nowdays.Seems like there is nobody watching out for the people at all, just stealing from us.To buy a house is a big deal, then have some crook weasel word a contract and throw you out of it needs a real stiff penalty for it.If you think thats fine as it appears some do,thats the reason right there.Humanity is such a bunch of slugs they cant even think whats good for them.Like some bird brain its go along with it and even say its good, but who is watching out for you down the road when they throw you out of yours? The old saying is give them an inch and theyll take a mile. There is another one too, give them enough rope and they will hang themselves.Maybe there has always been a lot of slugs in humanity? No offense Jose Bagge,it was kind of all mixed up with something I read up above,I think you are right, its the others that think this behavior is alright that I am worried about.
