Welcome back! Hadn't heard anything from you in a while and was wonderin' how you were makin' out.
Not insurmountable, though I AM wondering what you used to ball that up like that down in there so far????
It looks in your picture like the gobbed up pipe off center, as if it was starting to move sideways and around the elbow at the bottom.
You'll need to go easy so as not to break the manifold casting, but you might try using a narrow cold chisel to drive down on it and beat/shape it into a smaller gob that you can get back up through. With a good shrap chisel, you could even cut small pieces off of it that would make it easier to gst it into a smaller gob. The KEY is that little taps aren't goin' to get you much, you're going to have to whom onto it some to cut any away or reshape it, but taking care not to drive the chisel into the metal of the manifold. You want to be mostly using the wedge of the chisel, using the side of the manifold as leverage, to reshape the gob. Don't use the cutting oedge of the chisel for anything except to try to cut off a piece of the gob. Might take a lot of fiddlin' but with patience it'd be worth a try.
