Yes the good old Govt here in NS has passed a law that by March 31 of 2000 all tractors that are used to generate income of any kind must be fitted with ROPS pre 74 must be engineer certified after 74 to be CSA approved Canada Standards Council for you Yanks. My tractors only eat up money so I am temporarily exempt. regards rod in Nova Scotia

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
