Only if they don't come up with some excuse the ballot count was wrong. ie. punch marks not clean through the ballot card, and hard to read. Remember when that was the excuse? They can get anything they want.
I think all votes should be physically counted even if it takes a year to do rather than the media calculating who is going to win in certain aeras. Happened in the Bush admin. Our polls wern't closed in Pa and Nev was counted and he won cause the media said he did.
A 4 year term with a 3 year contract. If they don't do as they say they will then the opposition steps in after the 3rd year. Make them more subconcious, knowing someone else has the power to replace him.
