Carl, I have a Ford T-16 Universal carrier that had a flat head v-8 that was stuck for a few years. I pulled the heads and poured a inch or so of WD-40 in each cylender. Then every day I put a piece of wood on the pistons and hit the wood a few good shots. Put a rag around the wood so you wont get splashed by the oil. After a couple of weeks the oil started to flow past the pistons and the pistons started to move. I pushed the pistons down enough to stick a 3 stone cylender hone in and honed the cylinder just enough to clean the rust where the rings were so I would not damage the pistons. How long has the engine been stuck? Be paitent and they will come out. My dad has a mic 30's W-30. They are a neat tractor! Bill in Mich
