Take the head and the pan off. Disconnect the connecting rods from the crankshaft. Take out pistons and sleeves out the top. Then try to loosen them with Kroil and pressure from a hydraulic press accompanied by vibration from hammer taps around the outside of the sleeve. Trying to break a stuck engine by pulling the tractor is likely to bend rods and then they will break and make a new vent in the side of the block. Besides that cylinder won't fire because the piston won't be shoved all the way up by the bent rod and you will have to take it apart anyway.
Stuck valves in a diesel get hit by pistons that do reach the top of the stroke. Broken valves don't help the quality of pisstons or sleeves or the head.
