Without checking the compression spec I'm going to say 4-450 cranking at a good clip.
Fire out the stack?? Think I'd check the valves again just for the heck of it, and then pull the injectors. .015 on the intake and .018 on the exhaust when they're warm. Probably OK, but doesn't hurt to check... 'Fire' would suggest a lot of unburnt fuel going up the pipe. Even one I've got cranked up here doesn't show fire in the pipe, but they will all occassionally blow some carbon out, and that has a pretty good glow about it (sparks).
