Well... you obviously know absolutely nothing about the Liberal party of Canada. Most would have caught my drift by now that the 'Liberal party' is not overly liberal, but you don't for some reason. What they have done, and quite successfully so is take positions that sit roughly in the middle of their opponnents, and quite often in line with the mindset of the country, hence the fact that they've governed roughly 70 years out of the past hundred. Their policies have little to nothing to do with dogma or rhetoric which you spin quite liberally.
I was well aware of the Uranium that was brought here. I'm after forgetting now if it was used in one of our reactors because it could be used here or simply dumped into storage... but well aware of it's being here. That proves what exactly? That they had refining capacity? That they had reactors? That they had plans that couldn't be carried out or were mothballed years ago?
...and you still didn't answer my question. Why are 'you' the target and not us? I don't condone anything 'they' have done. I don't think their society has anything to offer us. I think their treatment of women and their laws generally are disgusting... but you know what? That's their country. Their law. Their people. What they do there, is their business... which is probably why they aren't 'here'.
There's something about human nature... there's a percentage of the population who are forever willing to fight with someone. Sometimes it's terrorists. Sometimes it's cranky people on tractor forums. Sometimes it's kids on the street tha will fight with ANY form of authority. They're just going to fight with someone... but you know what? If you're not there to fight with them, they don't fight with 'YOU'. And that's about what you're dealing with in Iraq and Afghanistan. Mabey if you looked at what was really bothering them instead of trying to kill them all you might find an easier solution...

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
