When I was 16 I owned an Alfa Romoe 4 door sedan. It looked like a slow family car but the speedo read 200MPH and the engine red lined at 7000RPM. In 5th gear at 3500 RPM it was running around 160 MPH and it still had a lot more to go before you hit top speed but I didn't have the guts to go faster. I also at one time had a motorcycle that would go faster then 145MPH but at 145 the front end started to shake so I slowed it down
