had a 1969 Dodge Charger with 440 in it, used car salesman told my Dad and me when I bought it in 1975 that we wouldnt believe the gas mileage it would get. He was right , even with cheap gas I worked all the time to keep it full, I swear I could see the gas guage moving when the 4 bbl kicked in. It was registered for 160 and I had it to 130, dash lights went out then and dont know if it went faster or not. Sold it same year because I knew if I kept it would be killed in it cause I loved to hear it wind. Sold to lady that liked the pretty blue paint job on motor I rattle caned on, her younger brother totaled it 2 months later, was in hospital for a month. Cant believe what those are worth now:(
