Some manufacturers made road bands for their steel wheeled tractors and some did not. I had to have some for my '23 Fordson and couldn't find anything commercially. I had a sheet metal shop roll me two out of 3/8" X 6" flat steel. I added angle iron brackets to attach to the cleats. To keep the bands from slipping (almost lost it off of my wooden trailer ramps), I glued rough-top baler belting to them with a two-part belt lagging adhesive that I bought at a bearing supply store. The bands work great and smoothed out that back-breaking bouncing around. I also added 1/4" X 2" bands to the front wheels and added belting to them. I can drive it anywhere and life is good.
