Troubleshooting Sediment bowl...

I'm new to this site and not very experienced. My uncle has an old Farmall tractor we were trying to get running. It has sat for a long time. The fuel sediment bulb leaks pretty bad. It shuts off when you turn the petcock down but that doesn't help us much. Is there gaskets in there that need to be redone? Uncle says he bets we can't get them anymore so we didn't take it apart. Where can we get some. Thanks and this is a good site!
