Well it took me all day but I have the tranny pulled back and the clutch laying on the back of my truck. Pressure plate was still in good shape as was the disk, I'll replace them any how just so I have new in there. Throw out bearing did rattle some but not all that bad. What I did find was odd. The nose cone of the tranny is broken so the throw out bearing would jump up and down and hit the spinning shaft of the tranny and that was probably all the noise I was hearing. I think the reaso it worked oddly was the pieces of the broken off nose cone where in there and probably getting into places that made it work strangely. Also found I have a bad u-joint on the front drive shaft so I'm going to replace them all on the front shaft. Haven't looked at the pilot bearing yet but I'll almost bet its bad
