No Brian it would tax what my company pays for in my ins or worse yet stop paying and I can go on open market. We as a union barginened for this and That is why I retired at the time I did. Don,t blame union as mangement agrred to this.I took less wages to help me with benifits. Some people can,t afford in first place to buy ins on market so would not get rebate as has to be paid up front to collect. Younger people up to 35-40 it will help but as you get older you will be paying thro the nose if you don,t get canceledin the hole. As far as socialiism you have it in bailout buying into banks
