I recommend prebuying what ever you can right now, if it goes up you use it, if it goes down you save it. Cheaper gas prices will help the economy, I beleive, but it has to stay low. 90% of my friends had quit all extra activities due to gas expenses. The other 10% kept living like a rock star and are now having the harsh reality of having no cash, no equity, and no chance of borrowing.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
