If down to the fabric , and less in size than a silver dollar, I would make a plug from sidewall material from a different tire, then disk/belt sand it till it fits very well, then buff the hole to make a nice rough finish, then cement the plug into the hole with urethane door and window sealer. Let it cure for a week in warm conditions (maybe a light bulb 8" away from it if it is not in a heated garage. Flexible epoxy is another option Less time, but might be less sticky. JimN
