THere are three , ONe just behind the bellhousing and one a bit back from that one and the one under the drawbar , Then ya have the two final drives at the bottom of each axle . They are all by then selfs and ya MUST fill them thru the fill plug on the back side of each axle housing . . As for the filter it is doing just what it was made for to FILTER dirt and water . Now since you hy Tran is so back it may take a couple more changes to clean it all up along with changing the filter a lot more often as that filter will trap the water. Now as to your MCV pump unless ya get it flowrated ya don't know if it is bad or if the O/Ring between the speed transmission and range transmission is the problem So here just dump in3-5 gallon more Hytran . Now i don't knw if you are using Hy Tran of something else But the Hy Tran really is better . This problemis not just going to go awy with one more change as the whole system is contaminated and there is water in places you can not even believe.So the change and then change filters every couple days for awhile .
