Friends of ours have 2 Border Collies that are the worst misrepresentation of the breed that you could imagine. Smart, yea, but so damn hyper that they rub off on any other animal around them. These people have bought sheep just to keep the dogs busy, have 3 horses, and a couple of goats and the whole crew is a nervous wreck (people aren't much better). I didn't really know what an Aussie was. When I was younger, my ex Father in law had an English Shepherd that I was crazy about. Dog seemed to know what you was thinking and did it. Several years passed and I was back in the position where a dog would be happy with us and started looking for an English Shepherd again. Nothing to be found in Germany. Saw an ad for Aussies in a local paper, googled them and they were (from appearance) the same dog. Went to chewck out the puppies and fell in love with the adult dogs the folks had. And that's what happened................ These dogs are happy with whatever they are doing. Show the same amount of enthusiasm if the job is seperating horses on the pasture (they think it's a job they should be doing anyway), riding the tractor, or watching TV with the old man.
Tonight's foot warmer is Snooker. 6 months old (younger in the pic) and in her ugly stage, but smart as a whip and tries 200% to do everything right.

Well, although these tires were in good shape as far as tread was concerned, they looked real sad. All were flat, but new tubes fixed that. In addition to years and years of scuffing and fading, they had paint splattered on
