Not in the guard, but did have a friend of mine who"s son is in the guard tell me that they will be on standby Tuesday and possibly for the next two weeks.
He said the reason for this is if there is a 2000 replay. Such as McCain wins the Electoral vote but loses the popular vote. If this happens they are expecting problems from the minority class. Supposedly the order was given to all 50 Governors from Bush himself.
This is second hand information so i have no clue if its true or not or just another internet rumor he is repeating. Does make ya wonder though.
