I like my box blade with heavy raker teeth for removing rocks that are stuck down in the ground. I have been amazed at how well it would pull very large rocks out. But it doesn't pick them up and carry them worth anything. So I use the front bucket, usually loading them manually or with a pitchfork.
I have moved some really large rocks by shoving them with the front bucket, either sliding them or rolling them to where I wanted them to go. Some of those big rocks were large enough that I doubt that my loader could have lifted them. Yet it worked reasonably well to shove them along.
Maybe there are specific implements that can pull and carry fair sized rocks, but the box blade is what I have. It is a whole lot easier than popping out rocks with a long bar and lots of sweating!
