The charger is too small.The Red snapper line never had much shock power.Zareba bought it and put their works in it.The same circuit board is used in 11 different models.Find a used Parmak SE3 a good charger.easy to repair at low cost.I dont care for the new models, they cost too much to repair.Tape gets breaks in the fine wires from swaying in the wind.This can leave the fence dead.I wont use it or sell it in my shop.
