you will find that depending on who's trailer you are looking at and if it is and all alum. or alum. deck with steel frame . A all alum. Ravens can be as light as 8900 lbs. and a heavy steel frame trailer that someone had made to haul coils and two loads at once can hit 15-16000 lbs . For haulen hay the best trailer would be a stepdeck of 48-53 foot and here again it depends on Mfg. as to lightweight of said trailer . ya would also want one on 22.5 rubber and not one on 15or 17.5 rubber . This knolage comes from alot of years on the road.
