400 Case Deisel problem

Help! I was discing with my 400 Case Deisel and it all of a sudden started losing power like it was running out of fuel. Checked the tank lots of fuel. Nothing plugged, fuel comes out of the tank okay all the way to the injection pump. Replaced all the filters and get the same. Starts a little runs good for a few seconds and then dies. Today I noticed quite a bit of Diesel fuel in the oil pan after it sat for 2 days. I don't understand that. Do I have an injector pump problem? It is an American Bosch pump. Everything is bleed out okay. Thanks for any help. Leon
