First?? have you the master pin?? It will eather have a deep counresunk hole in the center or the edge will be slightly machined into the center about 1/8". I have done many 350s and the m/pin is hard to find. You can drive any pin out but only the master has spacers and a shorter bushing to split the track.If you have'nt burred it over them put a block of wood in the sprocket and tension up the track tight,this will take the rebound out of the pin driver. Then pound like hel;l, BUT if you have burred the pin over you have to grind all the burr off.
