I love it, a judge just told our electric utility, APS, when they asked for a rate hike to instead cut dividends and executives bonus.
APS has ruined some prime farm land, several thousand acres, too build homes on. The local home builders could not afford to build the homes in that area but APS could with there unlimited funding.
