I can see the irony in Burtys point about smoking and abortion, the same people who are gung ho baby killers expect goverment to make sure no harm comes to themselves and are the first to cry when inconvienced in any way. Smokers should refrain anywhere the practice is not welcome. I would like to see a whole lot less legislation both locally and nationally,in general,it is very tempting for people in power to dictate to others how to live, what to say etc.
