I have guns for many reasons.I have 3 military rifles because of the history behind them.I have 3 guns that my wife gave me as presents.I have 2 that my uncle gave me because he wanted be sure I got them.He gave a 20 ga double to my son for the same reason.I have a Winchester 94 I hunt with.I was with a friend when he bought his in the mid 50s.Every time I pick it up old memories of a friend who has past on come back strong.I have a Savage 22 lr over 20 ga.Jim had a 22 over 410 that we went squirrel and partridge hunting with in the 50s.I have a 357 revolver that made a burgler drop a short handled sledge hammer when he saw the gun.I carried a Charter Arms 38 revolver during my Constable days.I admire the workmanship in firearms .I carry an S&W 38 when traveling.At 71 I need an edge.One day you will need a gun to protect yourself or family,it wont be there because of your ignorance.

Today's Featured Article - Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
